100 PV // LAVENDER VITALITY ESSENTIAL OIL, 5ML (LR BONUS)
Lavender Vitality Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is known for its sweet, relaxing aroma and skin-soothing benefits. Considered the “Swiss Army Knife” of oils with over 200 benefits and uses. Lavender has a beautiful way of calming the central nervous system. It helps to calm many fears… the fear of abandonment, the fear of criticism and the fear of new things. It can help us be more open to change and gaining positive momentum. Lavender contains 2 key constituents that give it specific health-supporting properties. 1. Linalyl acetate: has high quality antioxidant properties and has been shown to support the cardiovascular system as well as the body's response to ischemic injury. 2. Linalool: has been shown to support the body's response to pain inflammation, may help improve sleep, and is considered to support the immune and central nervous systems.
How to use: Diffuse this before bed to get a relaxing night's sleep. Use it to unwind after a long day by inhaling straight from the bottle, cupping hands over nose, or by diffusing for a relaxing & calming atmosphere. Add it to your nighttime skin care routine when your skin needs extra love (great fir blemishes), especially after a sunny spring day since it's a balm to sun-kissed skin! Take in a capsule for springtime allergies (add in lemon + peppermint too). Use it to soothe insect bites!
You can even enjoy a hint of Lavender Vitality in your favorite jams, ice creams, sorbets, shortbread cookie and pound cake recipes, and more! Tastes great in Hot Cocoa and Matcha! The Vitality oil is the same exact oil as the topical/aromatic essential oil. The difference is that Vitality is labeled specifically for dietary use and both can be used in the same ways.
