What to expect before you dive into this program...


We are SO excited that you have chosen to focus on YOU for the next 28 days.

The Program & What to expect:

Each day, you will start a new lesson from the 28-day program. You can come right back here and read through the new lesson then follow along in your workbook. We will make suggestions and give you some homework along the way so do your best to come back here each day. Some days require a bit more commitment than others, try to stay on track the best you can, it is your journey! 

We recommend that you set a daily reminder on your phone or on your calendar for the next 28 days so it is easy to remember to come back here!

Weekly breakdown:

Week One. You will FOCUS on The FUNDAMENTALS. You will establish your goals for the weeks ahead and explore tools and resources for mind+body awareness.

Week Two. This week is all about FOOD and FITNESS. You will learn tips for healthy eating and will get awesome resources to help you stay on track with your goals.

Week Three. You will DIVE DEEPER into areas of your life that need a little TLC (tips for managing occasional stress, freeing yourself of toxins in your home and beauty bag, and even cleaning up your relationships). 

Week Four. You will be guided through a 5-Day Clean Eating Cleanse. You will get a Downloadable guide filled with:

  • valuable info on detoxifying foods
  • a comprehensive grocery shopping list
  • recipes for five days (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
  • tips for healthy snacks
  • a daily checklist to keep you on track
  • and a week-long workout plan 

Incorporating Essential Oils into the program

This program does not REQUIRE the use of essential oils; however, by incorporating them into this program, it will facilitate your progress to the next level! 

If you are just getting started with the Premium Starter Kit, this is a great way to get your feet wet. In the program, we will offer daily tips for using the oils in your kit.

If you are an experienced oiler, know that we will be incorporating options each day for you to kick your oily-infused-product obsession into HIGH GEAR. 

The "Next Level Suggestions" List...

If you want to incorporate Young Living products into this challenge, you can find a carefully curated list of suggested oils and products to take your 28 days of wellness to the next level. Find it in the "Downloadables" section above! None of these are required, but we do highly suggest looking over the list to see if anything speaks to you and picking out a few items in each section (Emotional Support, Oils For Cooking, Diet & Nutrition, and Fitness). 

The Premium Starter Kit includes oils that are great for each of the above categories so if that is what you have to start with, party on!

Wherever you are on your journey to health & wellness, you will benefit from this program be sure to adjust it to make it your own, we are all on different steps in our journey.
