We were created with everything we need for life. Peace, love and joy are within our grasp, but we have to choose it. Our thoughts create a frequency and we live our lives in that vibration.
To be healthy you have to believe that your body has the ability to self heal, once you believe it in your mind then you will begin to create the neurons and neural pathways in your physical brain. We know that our autonomic nervous system is our operating system so we need the brain to have the pathway so we automatically make the daily decisions that help or drive us to achieve our goals.
Our physical brains do not know the difference between reality and imagination. We often hear about athletes who use their minds to visualize the game before it is played, they picture making the basket, hitting the ball or winning the race. The reason they do this is because it creates the new neuron in brain, it is created immediately but it is weak and vulnerable, it needs to be strengthened. This is why you hear that it takes 21 days to build a new habit, the pathway need to be strong to survive.
Neuroscientist Dr. Caroline Leaf states that is actually takes 63 days for a neuron to become an established pathway. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy includes removing the old or toxic thought as well as creating the new one. You start by identifying the thought that is negative or holding you back and then create a plan to replace that toxic thought with a healthy one. She has a great program that walks you through changing your brain one toxic though every 3 weeks.
I have been learning from a variety of people, books podcasts, you tube videos. They all have different backgrounds and experiences and different ways of making improvements, but it is all the same theme.
Identify your thoughts, decide is it helping you or holding you back, move forward with thoughts that improve your life. Feel like you have already achieved your goal. Live in the high vibration!
